A former literature teacher, I am inspired by great works and great ideas. I enjoy being physically active, cutting through alleyways, listening to vinyl, taking photographs, and contemplating life. I am the creator of the blog: Zen for a Crazy World.

I have a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Literature and a Master of Arts Degree in Education and Leadership from Simon Fraser University. I completed an Executive Leadership Program at Rotman School of Management in 2014. I am also Associate Superintendent with West Vancouver Schools
